Ha. Where do I start.
1. The back landing stairs scare the hell out of me. I don't let the kids out there because the wood is rotten.
2. Need new solar hot water system. Ours is about 8 years past it's use by date and every morning I think yep it's going to give up today but we're still saving for a new one. We get fairly good rebates here in Australia but you still have to pay the whole cost up front first.
3. My kitchen is in desperate need of a makeover. It's lovely and spacious but it's ... well it's green. A sickly seventies green matched with an equally stomach churning green paisley lino floor.
