Never under estimate the benefits of tea
Tea! That's all I needed! Good cup of tea! Super-heated infusion of free-radicals and tannins, just the thing for healing the synapses."
And Migraines apparantly. I've had one for three days. Dosing myself up on nurofen plus and sleeping a good deal but the ache wouldn't go away. That is until I had a big cup of tea this afternoon. I drink it every now and then when I get a craving for it. Within ten minutes, I kid you not, my migraine had disappeared. Obviously it had something in it that my body needed. Wish I'd thought of it 2 days ago.

If OTC meds aren't working the best thing in the world for a headache is either coffee or tea that is loaded with caffeine.

... as a pharmacy student (and former migraine sufferer myself), I comepletely second this!
Caffeine is good for migraines because it constricts your blood vessels (which, when you have a migraine, are dilated). It's the same reason caffeine is bad for high blood pressure =)
